To provide our valued customers with added peace of mind, Vault Collectables offers the option to pre-order select exclusive products before their official release date. This allows you to secure your item in advance and avoid missing out on limited stock.

Our pre-order service is a premium offering designed to reserve your product and ensure it ships to you immediately upon release. This way, you can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your games and collectables.

Please review the Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy below. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel this kind of purchase. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Cancelling Limited Print and/or Limited Edition Items Including Statues and Trading/Play Cards and Collector Boosters
When you purchase Limited Print and/or Limited Edition pre-order item(s), we secure accurate numbers based on your pre-order(s). You have the ability to cancel up to 10 business days prior to the release/pre-release or your order will not be cancelled and items fulfilled. Under no circumstances will these orders be cancelled or refunded as we have already obtained them on your behalf so please choose carefully.

Pre-order ETA's
We aim to include an estimated release date for every pre-order product listed on our website.

These Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are typically displayed in the first line of the product description and/or in the product title.

Please note that ETAs are provided as a guide only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond Vault Collectables' control, such as publisher shipping issues, supplier shortages, or manufacturing delays.

If a delay does occur, we will update the product listing with the revised ETA and will make every effort to notify affected customers, especially in cases of significant delays (over two months).

Pre-order Shipping
Items marked as “pre-order” will be shipped or made available for pickup as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse—unless a specific retail release date has been set by the publisher.

In such cases, your pre-order will be held and not dispatched or made available for pickup until the official release date.

Orders Including Pre-order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item along with in-stock products, the entire order will be held for dispatch or pick-up until the pre-order item is available in our warehouse or officially released.

If you’d prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, please contact our Customer Care team via the Help widget (bottom right) to arrange a split shipment.

Please note: Splitting your order will result in two separate shipments, and an additional shipping fee will apply to the order containing the pre-order item.

Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Order Items
If your order includes multiple pre-order items and/or in-stock products, please note that the entire order will be held for dispatch or pick-up until the last pre-order item is available in our warehouse or reaches its official release date.

If you’d prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, you can request to split your order. To do this, please contact our Customer Care team via the Contact page. Alternatively,  you can hit reply to your order receipt and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.

Kindly note: Splitting your order will create two separate shipments. As a result, an additional shipping fee will apply to the shipment(s) containing the pre-order items.

Order Shortages, Reductions & Cancellations
At Vault Collectables, we strive to fulfil all pre-orders as expected. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may occasionally face product shortages or, in very rare cases, the complete cancellation of a pre-order item.

If supply is limited, we may need to reduce or cancel pre-orders—either in part or in full. In such cases, priority may be determined by order time, date, or other criteria at our discretion.

Should your order be affected, we will notify you promptly via the email address provided at checkout. If any items are cancelled, you will receive a full refund for the affected products.

This is very rare for Vault Collectables as we await confirmed allocations before listing pre-orders so you can purchase with confidence.
