Shipping policy

We ship using Australia Post for local and Australia Post or DHL for international items. All items are tracked. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance. Your tracking will be provided with 1 business day from purchase unless it is a pre-order (see the product description for details). Please see our shipping terms and conditions page for complete description. 

For purchases from outside Australia, please contact your local authority to confirm your  importing customs, duties and/or taxes. Vault Collectables does not include importing costs to your local country in the purchase or shipping price. If you choose not to claim your item once it arrives in your country, you forfeit your right to a refund. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis but will not have the shipping costs returned to you in the event of approval. Some things that will affect approval of refund is governed by but not limited to, length of time (4 weeks or more) it is not returned to to us, or whether it is returned damaged.
